"Arrived Right on Time"
Delivery was right on time, which I really appreciated. I’m always a bit careful about what I spend, so it was nice that everything went smoothly without any extra hassle or added costs.

"I opened these at some point…"
I opened these at some point after they arrived, or maybe it was the same week, I can’t remember, but a few of the bars had a kind of old/stale smell to them. Not all of them, just some, so it was a bit hit or miss.

"Accurate order and a nice experience overall"
I ordered a few soaps and a lip balm, and everything in the box was exactly what I chose. No missing items or mixed-up scents, which I really appreciated since that’s happened to me with other online shops before. The only small thing was that the packing slip was a little hard to match up with the items at first, but the order itself was correct and arrived in good shape. I’d probably order again and would gently recommend them if you’re looking to try their soaps or lip balm

"My order did get here on time, which…"
My order did get here on time, which I appreciated, but the box was beat up when it arrived. One side was crushed and there was a small tear, so I worried I was about to lose out on what I paid for before I even opened it. Thankfully nothing was completely ruined, but a couple of the items had scuffs and one label was starting to peel. For the price, I really expected better packaging. It just wasn’t the best first impression

"Nice soaps, but the prices feel high"
I do like some of the soaps, honestly. A few of the scents are really nice, but the pricing just feels a little unfair now. For the size you get, it adds up so quickly, and I kept going back and forth like... do I really want to spend that much? I ended up buying less than I planned because it just didn’t feel totally worth it.

"Cleans okay, but a little weak"
It does get my skin clean, so I can’t really complain too much. I’d say about 7 out of 10 times it works fine, but sometimes it feels a bit too gentle or weak, like I need to use a little extra to feel fully clean. Not bad overall, just not super strong.

"Nice at first, but didn’t last"
It felt nice when I first used it, but i don’t have the patience for a product that only helps for a little while. The dryness came back quickly, so I was kind of disappointed.

"The scent was just too much!!!"
I really wanted to like this, but wow... the smell was SO strong!!! It gave me a headache after using it, so I had to stop after just one day. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, the scent was way too overwhelming!!

"Not Really Gift-Ready"
I ordered a few soap gift sets for my sister’s birthday, they didn’t feel gift-ready at all lol. The box was plain and looked kind of thrown together. Shipping was late too, so I ended up giving it to her after her actual birthday. The soaps smelled okay, but as a gift, I was disappointed.

"Nice concept, but I wanted more variety"
I like the idea behind the store, and some of the products do look really nice. It kind of reminded me of when my cousin and I go shopping for skincare and spend forever smelling everything and comparing options. Here, though, I felt like there just wasn’t enough to browse through. I was hoping for more scents and more choices for different skin types, but a lot of the products seemed similar. I think it would work better if you already knew exactly what you wanted, but for me, I got bored looking around after a bit. Not a bad store, just not as much variety as I expected.

"Really nice, though I’m a little torn"
It feels really nice when you use it, and the effect lasts a surprisingly long time. I like that, but at the same time, I almost didn’t expect it to stick around that long, so I’m weirdly impressed and slightly unsure about it. Overall though, I’d say it does what it’s supposed to.

"Surprisingly quick delivery"
I ordered a few soaps last week and, i wasn’t expecting much in terms of speed. I got the shipping email pretty much right away, and somehow the box was already at my door about two days later, which almost made me wonder if I’d ordered earlier and forgot.

Everything was packed fine, nothing fancy but it did the job, and the soaps arrived in good shape. I’m still a little surprised it went that smoothly, but I’m definitely happy with it and would probably order again.

"Return process made me regret ordering"
I actually liked a few of the products, which makes this more frustrating, but the return experience was disappointing. I had an issue with one item and it took way longer than I expected to get a clear answer. I had to follow up more than once, and the replies felt really generic, like no one had actually looked into what I was saying. They did eventually respond, but the solution didn’t really help me at all. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them and ordering online in the first place. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The products themselves were totally fine, so no drama there. The real plot twist was the wait for customer service to get back to me. I wasn’t left completely stranded, they did eventually respond and helped me out, but it took longer than I was expecting. So overall, not a disaster, not a triumph, just somewhere in the middle

"Gentle on my sensitive skin"
My skin is sensitive, and a lot of soaps end up making me itchy or red. I tried Rocky Mountain Soap and, surprisingly, I didn’t have any weird reaction at all. It leaves my skin feeling clean but not dried out, which is hard to find for me. Really happy I came across something that actually works without irritating my skin.

"Nice soaps, but I wish the ingredients were clearer"
I’ve been using the soaps and they feel really nice on my skin. My sister even commented that they smelled good when she was over. The only thing is I wish the ingredient info was a little easier to understand on some of the products. They mention “natural” a lot, which I do appreciate, but I still had to dig around a bit to figure out what’s actually in them. Overall not a bad experience, I’d just like a bit more transparency.

"Fresh, Fresh Scents I’d Buy Again"
I’m really happy with the scents I picked up from Rocky Mountain Soap. They’re not super strong or fake-smelling, just really fresh and clean. The lavender one is definitely my favorite, favorite so far, and it makes my bathroom smell so nice after I use it. I’d totally buy again.
